Hemophilia is a disorder of the blood clotting
system. There are several types of hemophilic, but all types cause
prolonged bleeding. Regular, preventative infusions of clotting
factor may help prevent bleeding and reduce time spent in the
hospital, away from work or school and limit side effects.
